Addressed to conductor John Corigliano. 9.5 x 7.5 inches, signed in white ink. New York, 1958. Light creasing; still very good condition. Books of "average" size might be sent overseas via Global Priority Airmail for $35.00 each volume, but oversized or overweight books must be sent by other methods or carriers, and will almost certainly cost more, depending on the actual weight.
