This Polish-French graphic artist and photographer created many posters and photographic pieces that won awards and were exhibited throughout Europe. IPS (in French), stiff color 4½" X 6¼", n.p., n.y. Fine. Color picture postcard of a 1976 collage entitled "Priere,"published by Editions du Dialogue in Paris. Disturbing likeness of Albrecht Dürer's famed 1620 self-portrait over which a large eye from another painting obscures much of the face. On the blank lower margin, the artist pens a bold "Bien a Vous -- Roman Cieslewicz / 6.02.78" in black fineline. Message/address side blank. Most unusual.
