Includes publisher's promotional die cut bookmark for each book. Hardcover with red cloth boards and black titling on the spine and cover with illustrated endpapers. Hardcover with blue boards and red titling on the spine and cover. Includes color fold out frontispiece with color fold out and b/w illustrations, Notes and Bibliography, 336 pages. The Dust Jackets are in New condition. Housed in a As New condition red slipcase with gilt John Carter illustration. A postcard from Richard Lupoff and publisher's letter is laid in.
