About the Author

Frank Cunningham, a graduate of Xavier University and the Univeristy of Cincinnati College of Law, practiced law in Cincinnati for 27 years. He moved to Longboat Key in 1986 where he was a co-director of the Chamber of Commerce and city editor for the Longboat Observer. Cunningham is now a full-time free-lance writer, with published articles in the Success Magazine's Working At Home and Network Marketing Lifestyles, Longboat Observer, West Coast Journal and Sarasota Herald Tribune.
