Single fold menu for the legendary restaurant, now known as Arpege, printed on Arches paper, with uncredited artwork on front wrap, dishes printed inside, and blurb about the restaurant on rear panel. Lower corner bent; minor staining along spine joint; wraps lightly soiled, with crimping along right hand front panel, else VG or better. SIGNED by Alain Senderens next to the desert section.
