To serve farm fresh or lab labelled? Know the difference with LAB TO TABLE.
Renowned Australian nutritionist Cyndi O’Meara, presents LAB TO TABLE, a powerfully insightful book revealing the truth about our food. From lab production to supply, Cyndi exposes the hidden ingredients within foods, demanding transparency for everyone so they can make informed decisions and better choices for themselves and their families.Learn how modern foods will challenge the health of your body and understand how to best heal and nourish it instead. Replace favourite foods with satisfying healthier alternatives, revoke mindless, unhealthy eating and relish in real whole foods. Discover chapters on Flavours: Natural is Not Real, Clean Labelling: A Disguise for Additives, Not All Salt is Equal, Stop Counting Calories, Beware of Fake Meats and Eat Chocolate!
Author Cyndi O’Meara says, “Stop being part of the greatest human science experiment and know exactly what you are eating. Chronic diseases have become epidemics with the changes in food production last century. There is growing evidence pointing to the chemical and processing changes as issues.”“LAB TO TABLE is more an education than a diet. It’s about rediscovering the good health and high energy levels that your body is capable of. Value quality foods over quantity, and by making simple changes, reduce your chemical calorie intake, focusing instead on the benefits of real whole foods, naturally nutrient rich. Fight disease through nutrition, rather than fuelling it,” she adds.

Terms of sale
We are pleased to receive orders via the Abebooks shopping basket. VISITS: PRIOR NOTICE is needed if you would like to PICK UP a book from our shop. Our listed books are not on the public access shelves, though duplicates might be. You could use Ask Bookseller a Question, beneath the book description, and type something like: Can I pick up this book at the weekend. This minimizes the keyboard work you need to do. Or communicate with us in any other way. Much of our stock will probably never be listed so a visit can be rewarding. There are many good cheap cafes in Newtown, an emerging tourist area, close to the Sydney CBD, and many customers make a day of it.
Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 3 business days, unless Express or Courier services are requested. For overweight books, we will seldom apply for extra postage (even though we may warn of this in the description) as we have recently got a low contract postage rate through the Australian Booksellers¿ Association.
