Author's presentation copy, inscription to the head of the title page 'With Dr. Wade's respectful comp.'.A very scarce pamphlet, a letter from Arthur Savage Wade addressed to George Canning, regarding the present ministry and the issues facing the government at the time.This pamphlet was issued during Canning's one-hundred and eighteen days as Prime Minister, as he was chosen ahead of the Duke of Wellington and Sir Robert Peel for the position. Unbound. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with just a few light spots or handling marks. Author's inscription to the title page. Very Good Indeed.
