Softcover. Pictorial front cover, with orange lettering on a dark red spine; orange and white lettering on the front cover. No date listed on title page. Copyright page dated 1997; original date of copyright listed as 1961. 630 pages. Very good condition. Light wear to edges and corners. A few small creases to top left corner of back cover, affecting to top corners of page 200 or so onward. Binding is square and sturdy, and pages are free from unwanted markings. Signed by the author, in black ink, on the title page.

Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
