This Suntup Press Classic Edition of 'Life of Pi' is limited to 500 copies signed by both author and artist (750 copies total with the Numbered and Lettered Editions). This stunning edition features a wraparound dust jacket illustrated by Jon Ching along with six tipped-in full-colour illustrations. It also features the author's note from the original publication. It is a smyth-sewn quarter cloth binding with paper sides and foil blocking on the cover and spine. The edition is printed letterpress on Mohawk Via Laid, measures 6'' x 9'', and is housed in a cloth covered slipcase. Bookmark included. Printed and bound in U.S.A. This is a new copy which was removed from its shrink wrap and shelved when it arrived directly from the publisher. It will be shipped in Suntup's original packaging with additional protection where needed. Apart from the limitation page, internal photos are stock images used to protect the book from unnecessary handling. All orders professionally packed, tracked and/or signed for, and insured. All books are held in stock and are sold subject to availability at time of order. Orders are normally posted within 1-3 business days.
We take great care to write accurate and detailed descriptions for all items and provide photographs or scans. In the unlikely event that you feel a book does not match its description, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will do our best to resolve the problem, offering a full refund if required. If you choose to return a book because you've ordered the wrong one or changed your mind, we will be happy to refund the cost of the book.
Books must be returned within 14 days and in the original condition and similarly secure packaging. Please get in touch before returning any item and make sure you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office. Use of a tracked service is highly recommended.
Shipping terms
IMPORTANT NOTE for U.S. BUYERS: From 29 August 2025, all shipments to the U.S.A. are subject to customs processing, however, PRINTED BOOKS REMAIN DUTY FREE under U.S. law and you should not be charged import duty. Ephemera, posters and other informational materials are also exempt. Order without fear!
We provide accurate customs forms to minimise delays but delivery times may be slightly longer due to customs clearance.
All orders are posted within 1-3 business days and are securely packaged with tracking and insurance. Our P&P prices reflect the cost of this high quality service which protects both buyer and seller as well as our precious books.
Default postage costs are based on orders weighing up to 2.2 lbs, or 1 kg (book + packaging materials). If your book order is heavy/oversized we may contact you to let you know an additional postage charge is necessary. We may also request extra payment to cover insurance costs for high value orders. We will never take payment until extra costs have been agreed by you.
