Octavo, hardcover with dust jacket. Later printing from 1942. Inscribed by Roberts on the title page "Inscribed for John L. Senior by an old, old, old acquaintance Kenneth Roberts Christmas, 1942." A very good copy. Pieces of the dust jacket of another copy are pasted to the endpapers. Soiling to jacket, with few closed tears to jacket and fading to DJ spine. DJ corners trimmed, though $2.50 price remains intact. Slight toning to pages.
