MIGUEL ANTONIO OTERO II (1859-1944). Otera came from a prominent family in early New Mexico politics and was Governor of New Mexico Territory from 1897 to 1906.PS. 12 x 15. N.d. N.p. An oversized photograph signed Cordially Yours, Miguel A. Otero. The black-and-white image shows Otero sitting in a chair with a book. He signed on the bottom margin. There are substantial chips on the right edge of the border; the image is in good condition overall. I could find no other Otero signed photographs ever selling.
