264 pages. Illus., some soiling inside front board and flyleaf, spotting on fore-edge, front cover and spine stained, spine edges worn. Some wear to board corners. Signed by the author. General Kenney first met General MacArthur when the former was a lieutenant in the Army Air Corps and MacArthur was already a General. During WWII General Kenney ran the Allied Air Forces in the South West Pacific and commanded the U. S. Fifth Air Force. General Kenney also had the opportunity to serve with General MacArthur during the Korean police action.
