In French. 1 page. 1 vols. 7 x 5 inches. A quittance signed as Marechal des Logis de l'Armée de Mon. deBoufleur. He was a distinguished officer of the Cavalry, a musketeer in 1684, in 1686 he was made a Général of the Cavalerie, Maître de Camp in 1696, Brigadier in 1702, Marêchal de Camp in 1704 and a Lieutenant Général des Armés in 1710. Vellum. Some light discoloration, typical small holes, else very good.
