Book condition: very good, second printng, very scarce, very rare signed copy, signed by Wilfred and Edith Flack Ackley on ffep under original drawing of marionette by Ackley, chapters cover making marionettes, costuming, stringing and manipulating, stages, making your own plays and more, includes five plays for marionettes, b/w illustrations throughout, orange cloth boards show moderate soiling with corners scuffed as are the head and tail of spine which is soiled, a few marks in pencil on front pastedown otherwise interior very clean, binding tight, missing patterns originally kept in back pocket, 115 pages, 7.5 X 10.25 inches.
