173 pages, index, bibliography, photos, illustrations, maps. Inscribed/ signed by author on front free endpaper. Inscribee's bookplate on front pastedown. Original price $4.50 on dust jacket flap. A one-inch ink mark near bottom of front board. Dust jacket has a 1/4" inch ink mark & a 1/4" tear.
