x [introd.]+ 139 [life]+ x[preface]+ 423 [commentary [Genesis to Numbers xxxvi] , vol.1, folio, original brown cloth case, all in vg shape, not dated but BLC says this edition first launched in 1857, so definitely antiquarian from mid-C19, and in excellent shape, text clean & unmarked save usual library stamps & in prelims a v few bibliographical notes. The book came from Aberdare College in Wales via Llandaff Cathedral library. Many popular Henry commentaries exist today, itself a sign of both his quality and his worth, but none others as exhaustive as this edition.This is the first volume. Size: Folio.
