Octavo. 446 pp., illus. Signed by Jacques on the title page. Binding is fairly fresh with just a little softening to the spine ends; dust jacket is with minor edgewear and wrinkling; very small tape repair on the back to a closed tear at the head of the spine--imperceptible from the front; dust jacket does not have a price, so we suspect this to be a book club edition.
