Hardcover. A richly illustrated book exploring the story of the Mormons, crafted for non- Mormons. These books were often "presented" to notable visiting guests. This copy was a presentation copy to Dr. and Mrs. Carroll Williams (noted Harvard scientist) and is so indicated on a tipped in plate and gilt lettering at the lower front board. Light shelf wear, else tight, bright and unmarred. Off-white coated cloth boards, gilt lettering and decorative elements, silk endpages. Small 4to. 76pp. Illus. (color and b/w plates).
