The record album is signed by Emitt Rhodes in silver sharpie on the front cover. I got Emitt to sign the album at the documentary screening about him at the Cinefamily theatre in Los Angles on July 8th, 2010. The record album sleeve has some minor along the top and bottom corner edges. Size: 4to - over 9�" - 12" tall.
