Very good condition tan soft cover. There is light bumping to the bottom corners as well as some rubbing. There is sunning to the cover and spine. Interior is clean with a tight binding. A story of a Ghost town in New Mexico and all the history that had gone on there. From Native Americans to mining to movie filming, the town had a very rich and unique history.
