ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES MUST BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD OR POSTAL MONEY ORDER ONLY. Books purchased with PERSONAL CHECKS will be held until the check clears the bank. Daily shipping on all other forms of payment. Shipping additional books in the same package is $1.75 per book. Overseas rates quoted. Returns within 10 days - ONLY if not as described.
