Author inscribed on the limitation page and wrote on the dust jacket front panel: "Obiter Postscripta by and from author F. Lyman Windolph". Enclosed with the book are two letters: both from the author, on his Windolph, Burkholder & Hartman law office stationery to the F&M College librarian. The first was enclosed with the book; the second letter sends thanks for the librarian's return complementary letter.
