this is a colored etching hand SIGNED by Penny Feder; limited edition 84/300; paper size 19-1/2 x 13 in., etching size: 15-3/4 x 9-3/4 in; there are 3 pieces of tape at top of paper when it was matted; edges of paper is matt burning; two tiny smuges at bottom of paper; otherwise in GOOD COND.
