Full score, signed by the composer in blue pen to the title page. New version, Boosey & Hawkes, 1949. The score is also annotated in an unknown hand; the score derives from the collection of the French film director Denise Tual, accompanying a selection of correspondence and documents from both Jean Cocteau (who wrote the libretto for the opera-oratorio in French, translated here into Latin) and Stravinsky to Tual; some of the annotations are possibly in Cocteau's hand, though that is conjectural, based on examining and comparing the handwriting. The pages of the score have detached from the cover. One spread - introducing the score - has detached, other pages all firmly bound. Chip to bottom corner of the title page.
