Offprint. Slim quarto. 29, [8 references and bibliography] pp., mimeographed and paginated rectos only. Bound into a contemporary folder with printed cover label. Fine. Warmly Inscribed to a noted psychologist and his wife on the title page: "Vivian and Henry Guze, To two people whom I hold in high esteem. Myrtle Thompson." A chapter on music therapy by a pioneer in the field (and a founder of the National Association of Music Therapy). The chapter was published in *Administration of Activity Therapy Service* (Charles C. Thomas, 1965). *OCLC* locates no copies of this offprint.
