Number 34 out of 200 copies. Hard cover published by Northland Press in 1969. No dust jacket, comes in a slipcase. Brown cloth covers with black binding. Gilt lettering on spine and lower front corner. Book is in near fine condition. Slipcase is in very good condition. 4to, 194 pages, 3.6 lb. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 194 pages; Signed by All Authors.
