Folio; in the publisher’s gray cloth binding with photographic pastedown; xii, 162 including the Index; with 75 photographic plates; spine is very lightly sunned; housed in a paper covered slipcase.~~Signed original photograph, Ranchland, Big Sur printed especially by Morley Baer for this edition. It is in a titled paper sleeve and is laid in. A handsome production.~~Edited and designed at The Yolla Bolly Press under the supervision of James and Carolyn Robertson. The typeface is Monotype Van Dijck, set by Mackenzie-Harris Corp. Printed in duotone and process lithography by Dai Nippon Printing Company. Bound at the Schuberth Bookbindery.
