Second printing (as stated upon copyright page; first published 1980) SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, PHOTOGRAPHER, AND RESEARCHER. viii, 95 pages. Hardcover. Dust jacket lightly soiled; a few nicks, short tears, and some bumping at edges. White cloth boards. Some light fingerprint soiling present a some top page corners but otherwise clean. Binding is firm. All three ink signatures of Kwist, Randall, and Wilder are written immediately underneath their printed name at bottom center of title page.
