MacDonald, M.D. was a prominent American physician and psychiatrist, and a leader in the development of New York City's public institutions for the treatment of mentally-ill persons. Modest wear. Age-toning & light soiling to covers. Small stain to front cover fore-edge. Slight roll from reading. Overall, Very Good. Original publisher's printed buff paper covers. Now housed in a clear archival mylar sleeve 1st appearance. SIGNED by the author in the upper margin of the front cover.
