Signed by author to title page. The cream boards are clean with a small blue pen mark to back, some bumping to the corners and spine ends, with bright lettering to the spine. Label to inside cover with a small white and red sticker to corner. The binding is firm. The pages are clean and crease free, with some tanning. This book has 141 pages. All in all a nice example of this book.
