1940. No edition remarks. 151 pages. No dust jacket. Signed by the author. Blue cloth covered boards with gilt. Ex libris plate at front belonging to Lord Reith. Pages with some foxing and tanning, particularly to endpapers and textblock edges. Binding remains firm. Minor pencil inscription to preface. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some mild marking and tanning. Gilt lettering remains bright and clear.
