Photographic poster measuring 20 by 30 inches; framed, entire piece measures 25-1/2 by 35-1/2 inches. $9000.Original publisher's promotional poster for the photobook Muhammad Ali Memories, boldly inscribed by Ali in gold ink on the image to the book's co-author Thomas Hauser "To Tom from Muhammad Ali" with a hand-drawn heart and the date "6-3-92".This poster advertises the 1992 book Muhammad Ali Memories, which traces Ali's career through the work of famed sports photographer Neil Leifer, with text by writer Thomas Hauser, whose 1991 biography of Ali was nominated for a National Book Award. With a certificate of authenticity signed by Hauser stating that Ali signed the poster in his presence, and the original shipping label from the tube used to send the poster to Hauser from Rizzoli International Publications.Fine condition.
