I found your description of what you think the mid-term elections meant very insightful, and I appreciate what you said in my defense. Clinton and the Democrats were badly beaten in the 1994 mid-terms, leading the Republicans to control the House for the first time in decades. The letter is matted in blue and framed in gold, and it is in very fine condition.
