Hardcover with DJ. Bound in red cloth with gold lettering across front cover and spine. Corners bumped, a few scuffs on spine, likely due to shelf wear. Colorful pictorial DJ with white text across front cover and spine. Spine faded almost-white, so text just barely stands out. Similar fading to left edge of back cover, milder fading along other edges of back cover. Front cover remains almost fully unfaded. Corners are bumped and chipped. Small open tears at crown and foot of spine, never extending far enough to touch text. One closed tear at bottom right corner of front cover, a second closed tear at top center of back cover, each about an inch long. DJ heavily worn but fully intact, all text still legible, no price-clipping. No date on title page. Copyright page dated only 1953. 662 pages, followed by 16 numbered plates. Pages are all clean, crisp, and bright. Binding is tight and secure. Half title page is INSCRIBED: To Dr. W---, With best wishes from Howard B. Rand. Please email with questions or to request photos. Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
If you'd like tracking, please let us know before you place the order - We're happy to do it but it costs $1 extra because it means we have to print a shipping label for it individually, slowing down the shipping process considerably -- and we want to be able to keep basic shipping costs as low as we can.
