SIGNED. 123pp. Octavo [23 cm] 1/4 black cloth with orange paper over boards, silver and gilt lettering on the spine, and a paper title label on the front cover. Orange endpapers. Near fine condition. Essay by William R. Holman. Carl Hertzog opened his own small print shop in 1934, and in 1937, he began to plan and execute the handsome volumes for which he is known today. With a note signed by Carl Hertzog, on his personalized note paper, tucked in.
