Also includes three copies of the bulletin; two letters: one to the vice-president of Graphic Arts Industry, Inc. signed by assistant production manager of the Government Printing Office and one to the administrative assistant to the public printer from/signed by the technical director of the GPO; one copy of typed notes on the process of marbleizing papers. ; All shipments through USPS insured Priority Mail.
