Published following Brooks' most fabledOctober -- the 1970 World Series win over the Cincinnati Reds during which Brooks disabled The Big Red Machine with his glove and pummeled it with his bat. Inscribed by Brooks Robinson to a previous owner on the half title pages. This copy also includes a loose leaf piece autographed by Brooks under the logo of the Brooks Robinson Sporting Goods Co. 207 pages, illustrated. Second Printing.
