Illustrated with drawings and paintings by Clarke Hutton. Includes The Monthly Letter of The Limited Editions Club for September 1974, Number 478. One of 2000 numbered copies signed by Hutton on the limitation page, this being number 85. (Newman & Wiche 471) (LEC 478). Designed by John Dreyfus and printed at The Stinehour Press.
