It's a unique systhesis that can help us rethink how we run programs from our past, based on Sloan's quality, quantity, and lack of opposition theory. The author uses a number of parables to emphasize perception. "The Allegory of the Cave," written in 360 B.C. by Plato is used to illustrate how reality changes as we expand our world of experiences. Other allegorical references include the tale of a Buddist monk who teaches children about the Buddha and our reaction when something big, black and hairy jumps out of the bushes.
