SIGNED by Bion J. Arnold (Traction Valuation Committee) on the reverse side of the front free endpaper. Likely First Edition, dated November, 1902, on the title page with no additional printing information listed. Tightly bound in green cloth with gold titles. Slant to spine and moderate edgewear, remains Very Good. The contents include12 foldout pages with detailed schematics and elevated train car illustrations, e.g. "Typical Cross Section between stations for Proposed Street Railway Subway", "Proposed Electric Conduit R'Y". There are several pulls to margins of these foldouts. Remains a nice and detailed item.
