About the Author

Eugene C. Vories was born in Walsenburg, Colorado. His ancestors were pioneer cattle ranchers before Colorado was a state. He writes from a background of the stories he heard plus his own experiences on ranches with horses and cattle. He is a successful rancher and businessman.
