Signed by Executive Chef Alfred Hauser with black pen, along with a general sentiment scripted with green pen, on the blank first free front endpaper. The signature is scripted within the stamped greeting which states: "Best Wishes From Our Culinary Team ALFRED HAUSER Executive Chef." (see photographs).
