I hope summer will have come by that time � what a pleasant spring morning yesterday! Sincere regards to Mrs Milner. Yours J Ruskin. ' This is likely to be George Milner (1829�1914) writer, poet and philanthropist who was active in the circles of individuals in Manchester who promoted the social artistic theories of Ruskin. Very good.
