- Signed "Frank Parker" on the blank side of a 3 inch high by 5 inch wide lined index card. The card is unevenly darkened. Good. Frank Parker [1903-1999] wass an American singer and radio and TV personality. Parker debuted on radio as a substitute singer on "The Eveready Hour", and was a regular on radio and television from the 1930s to the 1950s with personalities including Jack Benny, George Burns and Arthur Godfrey. Beginning in September 1935, he had his own radio program, "The Atlantic Family on Tour, with Frank Parker", which was heard on 36 CBS stations. In the 1950s he appeared on television as a singer, host and panelist. He also acted in several movies, including "Romance in the Rain" [1934], "Sweet Surrender' [1935] and "Paris Follies of 1956".
