SIMON LAKE (1866-1945). Lake was a submarine pioneer. He developed the first workable periscope and hydroplanes.DS. 1pg. 7 x 3. Nov 9, 1931. Milford, Conn. A Milford Trust Company check signed Simon Lake and completely filled out by him. He paid W.A. Platt $25.00. The green check has the usual punch holes, but they do not touch the autograph.
