About this title

Synopsis

In "StrataSphere," the award-winning film-maker Harry Rasky created a stunning and revealing portrait of Teresa Stratas. In Stratas, he records the extraordinary interview that is the center of that film and relates the story behind its making. At the same time, he enriches the portrait by bringing together excerpts from other interviews that Stratas has given over the years, and critical commentary on some of the highlights of her exceptional career in both opera and film.
