Clippings with instructional info on various photo processes, charts, formulas, and tables, advertisements for cameras and related photography equipment and apparatuses, how-to and other advice (colouring lantern slides, multiple exposures, lettering negatives, mending cracked negatives, setting up a model developing room, what to do with waste material, printing on various paper and other materials, etc.), other informational clippings, many illustrated. 99 pp. numbered by hand, rest of pages unnumbered. Some leaves unused. Large fold out table fixed to lower pastedown, signed Mar 5 1901, R.E. Henning [?], another table inserted loose. Binding: quarto (14 x 10 in), half morocco over marbled paper boards. Upper with handwritten paper title label. Flat spine with gilt bands. Very good example. Extremities rubbed, some toning, some leaves brittle, else clippings are generally intact and legible.
