This is a signed carbon duplicate of a contract to prepare a story outline and treatment to be based on the character "Joan of Arc" " and suitable for use by us as the basis of a motion picture photoplay". It is dated March 23, 1934. Also signed by B. B. Kahane, President of RKO at the time. The contract consists of seven pages with Wilder's signature on the last page. Also included is a one page synopsis of the contract. All pages of the contract are legible and stapled together at the top. Very small closed tear at bottom of first page. In mylar envelope between two white cardboard pieces. Photos upon request.
