Robert M. White II, Col. John R. Knowles, Col. Robert H. Williams, Brig. Gen. Randolph McCall Pate, Col. James L. Mueller, Lt. Col. Robert L. Bayer, Lt. Col. Allan H. Ringblom, Maj. Robert C. Hayes, and Maj. Lester C. Pertle. According to the caption on the verso, which includes a complete list of the people depicted, this group was the 1952 Marine Corps Reserve Policy Board, which was meeting to advise on Marine reserve policy. This unusual photograph is in fine condition.
