4 pages, 9 x 6 inches, no place -- an attractive "Civil Music Association" program from 1955, signed in full on the cover. Very good condition. The first African-American soprano to sing at the La Scala Opera House. In 1954 she was decorated by Queen Elizabeth after a command performance.

Media Mail (Book rate) is $4.00 for 1st volume and $2.00 for each additional volume.
Priority mail is $11.00 for 1st volume and $3.00 for each additional volume.
UPS is $14.00 for 1st volume, $3.00 for each additional volume.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Books of "average" size might be sent overseas via Global Priority Airmail for $35.00 each volume, but oversized or overweight books must be sent by other methods or carriers, and will almost certainly cost more, depending on the actual weight.
